As one of the first B2B loyalty schemes in the industry, the brand is committed to supporting its customers and continuing to form valuable relationships with landlords, estate agents and property professionals alike.
Points equal prizes and for every furniture order placed, customers accrue points which can then be exchanged for a selection of rewards including; a spa weekend, gift vouchers or a meal out.
Those who spend up to £1000 will earn 1 point per £100, for orders over £1000, 2 points are awarded. These points are automatically added to each customer’s account, allowing them to easily keep track of what they have earned and what this can be spent on.
With the option to save points for something large, or to be spent straight away, David Phillips’ customers can choose from hundreds of available rewards, just in time for Christmas too!
