Meridian Water

http://www.meridianwater.co.uk/

Meridian Water is strategically located within the Upper Lee Valley corridor, presenting a major opportunity for development in London. It is a huge investment opportunity that will provide up to 5,000 new homes and 3,000 new jobs. Meridian Water is only six miles from Junction 25 of the M25, 25 minutes from City Airport, 30 minutes from Westfield Stratford, 35 minutes from Stansted airport, 43 minutes from Heathrow and two hours 50 minutes from Paris via Eurostar, creating an excellent and well connected location for development and growth in London.

The recent announcement of £80m investment for essential rail infrastructure and station improvements will ensure that Meridian Water is poised to deliver transformational change. Meridian Water could also benefit from the emerging Crossrail 2 proposals. The scale, depth and intended pace of regeneration proposals are clear, Enfield has an exciting future and Meridian Water will take centre stage.
