A comprehensive refurbishment of the entire building has recently been completed which included a new reception area and upgraded common parts, a number of real “green enhancements” and the provision of high quality open plan offices.
The building was refurbished to a Grade A specification to include:
- Full access raised floors
- New ceilings with Cat 7 PIR lighting
- VAV air conditioning
- New carpets
- New Male and female WC’s
- 62 secure basement car parking spaces (ratio 1:408 sq ft)
