25 Churchill Place, Canary Wharf is a 23 story office tower Canary Wharf Contractors Limited has constructed for the EMA (European Medicines Agency’s) and is designed to be one of the most energy efficient office buildings at Canary Wharf.
A variety of M&E Contractors were involved in the project including; Skanska for the FSC to the grease lines. Sherlock Interiors for the HWAT and MJ Lonsdale for the pipe frost protection system. Hilson Moran (London) provided the design engineering.
