100 Pall Mall

Trehearne Architects has delivered the dramatic transformation of historic 100 Pall Mall – with the presence to attract a blue chip tenant seeking a prestigious and prominent headquarters at a heritage address.

Destroyed in World War II when it was the former Carlton Club and rebuilt in 1959, with many unsympathetic alterations made in recent years; 100 Pall Mall has now been redesigned and refurbished by Trehearne to provide 60,000 sq ft of refurbished Grade A office space over seven floors. Most recently, the property served as the UK head office of Lloyds Bank. Standard Life Investments appointed Trehearne Architects to restore the grandeur of the past, whilst creating a blueprint for the future.
