David Wilson Homes has started work on The Botanics, a new development of 94 luxury homes in Glasgow’s prestigious west end.
Work is now underway on the development, adjacent to the Glasgow Botanic Gardens, where David Wilson Homes is building 75 two, three and four bed duplex apartments alongside 19 three and four bed townhouses.
The Botanics will occupy the site of the former BBC buildings off Queen Margaret Drive and Hamilton Drive, offering views of the River Kelvin and Botanic Gardens. Homes will be available to buy this summer and ready to move into next spring.
David Scott, managing director of David Wilson Homes in the west of Scotland, said:
“This is one of the most sought-after locations in Glasgow and work is already underway on 94 luxury new homes. Great quality property in this part of the city is always in high demand, and our new townhouses and apartments are already generating a great deal of interest from prospective buyers.”
