With a focus on sustainable development of strategic land assets Bonnar Allan is currently engaged with two clients on projects across the South East of England. . The company’s ethos is to bring forward well designed housing proposals in conjunction with the relevant local authority with a major emphasis on delivering material benefits to the wider community.
One project (Drake Park, in Hersham, Surrey) is near completion and planning consent is anticipated in the first half of 2016. Drake Park is a proposed village of over 1,000 new homes set in a new public park. More than 50 per cent of the homes will be managed by Paragon, a registered affordable homes provider based in Walton on Thames.
The Bonnar Allan scheme includes road safety improvements, installation of passenger lifts at the nearby station and funding a new wing at nearby Esher High School.
Elsewhere, the company has another similar sized scheme underpinned by delivery of a flyover designed to eliminate a significant traffic hotspot and improve transport safety by replacing a level crossing.
Additionally, working with another client, Bonnar Allan has started several new projects in Surrey, Hampshire and Oxfordshire
