Skanska and Link Arkitektur to build Passivhaus school

Skanska has signed a contract to build a new high school in Telemark, Skien, Norway.

The building will be designed by Link Arkitektur to be developed to achieve the Passivhaus standard. According to the architects, the school will accommodate 1,050 students and 160 employees.

The project will NOK 460 million, about GBP £42 million.

Construction will start in August and the school will be completed in autumn 2018.
