Redrow to unveil regent collection show homes in Chester

Homebuyers will finally get the chance to view Redrow’s Regent Collection when it launches new show homes in Huntington this month.

The show homes will be unveiled at Earl’s Park on May 21 and 22; Redrow are confident the Regency-style properties will impress.

It is the first time the award-winning developer has introduced this prestigious collection of homes in Cheshire.

Jason Newton, sales director for Redrow Homes (NW), said:

“We have never built the Regent Collection in the area before so we are really excited that people will finally have the opportunity to see the properties in all their glory at the Earl’s Park development.”

“People are familiar with our Heritage Collection and we know potential purchasers love that style, but we are certain that they will love the Regent Collection too – and appreciate the opportunity to have such a choice.”

“The new homes evoke the classic Georgian-style architecture of the Regency period and are well-suited to affluent, urban areas where design, space and quality must be elegantly combined to create the perfect property.”

Regent homes typically feature impressive characterful frontages, with stone bandings and ashlar render detailing, often accompanied by stone porticos and gable pediments creating a distinct sense of grandeur.

As with all Redrow homes, its interiors are crafted to an extremely high-standard and make use of open living spaces, which utilise light and space to create a comfortable environment.

There will be three styles of showhome at the Chester Road development:

  • Built very much with the modern family in mind, the three-bedroom Brunswick uses clever design to ensure it is quite unlike any of its terraced rivals. With ample space for a family, it boasts exquisite decor choices and modern features as standard to make this a premium property. Patio doors in the kitchen allow light to emanate throughout the spacious room, creating an atmosphere that is relaxed and welcoming. The first floor boasts two generous sized bedrooms as well as en-suite to the master bedroom and family bathroom.
