New recruit reflects ongoing growth of Rhodes & Partners

Structural and civil engineering specialist Rhodes & Partners has recruited graduate engineer Michelle Kiboi, in a move designed to help the company with its growing workload. The company is undergoing a period of carefully managed and sustainable growth, and this is the latest in a series of developments which reflect this growing success.

Managing director, Nick Ribbeck explains:

“We’re delighted to welcome Michelle as a member of our team and we know she’ll make a very valuable contribution to the business. Although we already have a considerable wealth of expertise, we firmly believe in attracting fresh new talent at graduate level, and providing those people with good opportunities for training and development. We’ve found that this allows us to balance the range of ages across our workforce, and benefit from a great combination of the fresh new ideas which younger employees bring, and the experience which our senior staff contribute.”

Rhodes & Partners recently revealed that 2018 was a record year for the company, in which it surpassed all previous records for the volume of work which it had handled. Nick adds:

“We exceeded our previous record for the number of jobs recorded over a one-year period by 10 per cent.”

“Over our 26-year history we have developed a very wide range of professional services, and that allows us to serve customers from right across the board. They know they can turn to us no matter what their requirements, and that we can handle everything from small domestic jobs through to large commercial projects in the residential, retail, leisure, education, heritage and healthcare sectors.”
