Martin Grant Homes is set to launch a brand new phase at its Kingsfield Park development in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. 24 units will be released for sale in the new phase, with seven different house types coming to the market at the development and two already released for sale.

Kingsfield Park is part of the wider Berryfields community, a major development area which will see the construction of 3,000 new homes and the arrival of community facilities including shops, a district centre and local schools.
