UK-based Make Architects has revealed plans for a new office tower in the City of London.
The 37-floor mixed-use project would be located near Leadenhall Market and comprise 50,000 m² of office and 4,700 m² of retail space as well as a public terrace with a winter garden.
According to project partner Brookfield Development Corporation, plans would be submitted for consideration by early August with a view to getting a planning decision by the end of 2016.
If approved, work on the project, known as 1 Leadenhall, could begin as early as 2018.
