Fakro quadruple-glazed flat roof window meets Passive House standard

The quadruple-glazed, Passive House-certificated FAKRO FTT U8 Thermo has by far the best installed U-value currently available – 0.58W/m2K.

The same glazing unit is now available in the new Type F flat roof window, the U-value of which is 0.76W/m2K. Its PVC frames have a white, acid-resistant internal surface which has a very low moisture absorption rate.

In addition to a standard range, Fakro manufactures the type F in bespoke sizes to match old skylights in need of replacement. Electrically operated, manual and non-opening windows are available as well as the XRD base which provides an upstand height of 15cm for green roofs.
