British Ceramic Tile’s Aspire collection specified for large-scale housing development

British Ceramic Tile’s newly launched Aspire collection has been selected by Cavanna Homes, the largest independent house builder in the South West of England.

Selected for their British designed and manufactured ceramic tiles, British Ceramic Tile was commissioned to supply tiling for the Boathouse Project, a new build development made up of 56 homes.

With the majority of tiles being specified from Aspire’s High Definition Lifestyle three package, Cavanna Homes were able to replicate expensive materials such as stone, wood and marble but at a fraction of the cost and associated preparation with using these materials.

David Orrey, specification manager at British Ceramic Tile said:

“Securing the specification contract for the Boathouse Project was a great win for British Ceramic Tile. As a company, we go to great lengths to source local materials for our ceramic tiles, and this was a key consideration for Cavanna Homes in awarding the specification contract. Our ability to replicate the look of expensive materials while eliminating the need for on-going maintenance makes High Definition ceramic tiles the perfect choice for new builds.”

Karen Heywood-Cann, sales manager at Cavanna Homes adds:

“After having a tour of British Ceramic Tile’s factory, we were impressed at the modern and efficient workings of the factory facilities. The quality of the ceramic tiles and detail of various materials they are able to replicate convinced us that they would be able to specify Boathouse to a high standard.”
