The residences form part of Canary Wharf’s new phase to the east of the existing Estate which will comprise 3,200 new homes, a quarter of which will be affordable, plus offices, shops, a school and doctor’s surgery. There will also be capacity to build a further 400 new homes in the future.

10 Park Drive is a unique tower designed by architects Stanton Williams and Make Architects. The design makes the most of the uninterrupted views to the south, east and west including the O2, public parks and gardens on the water’s edge, and includes 74 studios, 115 one-bedroom apartments, 141 two-bedroom apartments and 15 three-bedroom apartments.

The apartments at 10 Park Drive will be served by the new Crossrail station at Canary Wharf when it opens in 2018. This means homes will be only six minutes to Liverpool Street, within 39 minutes of Heathrow and just moments from City Airport, international train services to Europe and 13 minutes to Bond Street. Meanwhile, on their doorstep, buyers will be able to take advantage of the best bars, restaurants and shopping at Canary Wharf. The retail offering has diversified further with the opening of Crossrail Place above the new Crossrail station in May 2015, home to one of the largest roof gardens in London.
